This was a
residential remodeling project for a home built in the
1950s. We gutted the interior, turned one bathroom
into two, changed a living room to a bedroom a kitchen
into a laundry room and tied it all together with the
existing newer addition.
We finished the exterior with landscaping and stucco
to match the new home design and added a colored
concrete patio as well.
The homeowner had been a home designer so we followed
his plans with only minor changes implemented to
reduce costs without reducing the functionality of the
design. |
