This was a basement
finish with a little of everything. The homeowners had
very specific ideas of what they wanted out of their
unfinished space and we worked closely together with
them to insure they got exactly what they wanted for
this wonderful living space.
Custom features include a totally separate home
theater room complete with special insulation products
to help contain the sound and installed a platform to
lift the rear seating higher than the front seats.
Just like being in a movie theater. We built an
aquarium room with it's own specific needs. The
project also included a wet-bar with a ceramic tile
countertop, a custom bathroom with floor to ceiling
tile, and a beautiful glass enclosure in the shower,
an office, and a fireplace surrounded by built-in
bookcases.
We finished it all with a variety of flooring
surfaces. Ceramic tile in the bathroom, laminate
flooring in the wetbar and hall, plush carpet and pad
in the office, theater and den and finally, linoleum
in the aquarium room and storage closet. |
